About Shirt Fight
Ok first off…what the heck is Shirt Fight?(top)
ShirtFight.com is a t-shirt clothing brand, working together with artists from around the world to bring you the most kick ass awesome tees you'll ever find! We've got a bit of a...different taste when it comes to our t-shirts. A unique style for our ShirtFighters!
How do I change my account info?(top)
After you log into your account you’ll see a link in the upper right hand corner of any page that says “My Account”. Just click on that and you’ll be taken to your account management console. Change your password, contact information, billing/shipping address…even customize your profile with your own avatar!
What’s up with your blog?(top)
Our blog is our main method to communicate with the Shirt Fight community. We’ll announce new shirts, artist interviews, sales going on, etc…basically everything you’d want to know about Shirt Fight. Then of course we’ll throw some random stuff in there too…things we find funny or shockingly cool, special competitions, feedback requests on how you guys like the site, our favorite margarita recipes...you get the idea. So check back often to see what’s going on!
Ordering and Payment Information
How do I buy one of these outstanding Shirt Fight tees?(top)
Well, first you’re going to have to buy us dinner. We’re not easy you know…although you are kinda cute *wink*
Actually it’s ridiculously easy to order online. I made my Mom test it out and she passed with flying colors…and if she can do it, ANYONE can do it! :)
- Check out our shirts (Men's, Women's, and Sale Items) and click on the one you’re interested in.
- From the product page just select the size you want to buy. If you’re ready to order, just click on the Checkout button. If you want to select more shirts first (and I know you do!!!) then just click on the “Continue Shopping” link.
- Once at the checkout page, fill in your email, your billing/shipping address, select the type of shipping, your credit card information, and hit the nice shiny “confirm your order” button!
- That’s it! Now go wait outside by your mailbox for your brand new shirt! Bring a sandwich, it might take a couple of days.
Is your website secure?(top)
Ya, TOTALLY secure. We got fancypants SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to protect your personal information during checkout. In addition, we never store your credit card information at any time!
Still not enough? Ok we’ve got a security company that scans our site every day to make sure there aren’t any vulnerabilities for hackers to exploit.
Still not enough?? Wow, you’re a tough one. Ok we pinky swear, cross our heart hope to die stick a needle in our eye that we won’t disclose your information to any third parties. The fact that your middle name is “Skeletor” will be our little secret. Oops.
What payment methods do you accept?(top)
We accept all major credit cards. Please don’t try to stuff loads of cash in an envelope and send to us. Wait a sec, what are we saying??? If you feel the urge to send us loads of cash, then by all means do so…but yeah, if you want to buy a shirt you gotta use a credit card.
We don’t accept Paypal as a payment *yet*, but it’s totally in the works.

Shipping Rates and Information
How much is shipping going to cost and how long until I get it?(top)
It usually takes us no longer than 1 business day to process your order, so the delivery times you see below are after your order has been processed.
Our site is connected to the USPS and FedEX shipping databases, so you pay exactly the shipping costs and no more. But to give you a basic idea of prices, here’s a ballpark figure on how much it would be to ship up a t-shirt:

Can I track my shipment?(top)
You sure can..for all FedEX shipments. All of our packages shipped via FedEX are shipped with tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when the package is shipped. We do have Delivery Confirmation for the Domestic USPS shipments, but that does not provide tracking information. Please note that International USPS orders do not provide tracking or delivery confirmation, and thus are ineligible for replacing orders lost via transit.
I haven't received my order yet!(top)
Really? You sure your neighbor didn’t swipe it off your doorstep? Well, that sucks…we’re awfully sorry you don’t have your shirt yet. If it's been more than 2 weeks since you placed your domestic order, or 3 weeks since you placed your International order, contact us at contact us. Please consult your tracking data before contacting us.
Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?(top)
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately this is what happens when you order from overseas. It’s OK though…our shirts are totally worth it!
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return/exchange policy?(top)
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you don’t like your shirt for whatever reason, send that sucker back and we’ll gladly exchange it for another size/shirt or refund your money (excluding shipping fees). Just fill out this return/exchange form when you return the shirt!
Returns/Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase, and the returned shirts must be unwashed and unworn.
How long do returns/exchanges take to process?(top)
With all the mailing back and forth and whatnot…we’d reckon about 2 weeks or so. We’ll try to be quick about it, we promise.
Product & Sizing Information
What kind of shirts do you use?(top)
If there’s one thing we hate here at ShirtFight, it’s a poor quality t-shirt. And beets, man we hate beets. That’s why we only use American Apparel shirts (AA style 2001 Fine Jersey Short Sleeve Tee for guys, AA style 2102 Fine Jersey Short Sleeve Tee for girls…to be specific) for all of our printing. They’re without a doubt the softest, smoothest, best looking t-shirt available anywhere. And they’re guaranteed 100% beet free.
How do they fit? What size should I buy?(top)
As a general rule of thumb, AA shirts tend to run a bit smaller than a normal cut t-shirt. If you like your tees nice and baggy, get a size larger. If you like a more “fitted tee” style, then get the size you’d normally buy.

Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep tape level across back and comfortably loose.
Measure around natural waist with a loose tape.
How do you print the designs on the shirts?(top)
All of our shirts are screen printed for a higher quality product. If you’ve ever bought one of those junky iron-on or print-on-demand tees, you know exactly why we chose to go the proper route.
How do I wash my shirts?(top)
You can’t…you must never get your t-shirt wet, or feed it after midnight. Trust the old Chinese man on this one.
But if you’re feeling rebellious: Machine wash cold. Wash dark colors separately. Use non-chlorine bleach only if needed. Tumble dry low. Don’t iron the decoration. Don’t dry clean. My mom always told me to wash my shirts inside out to protect the design. I’ve never personally done this, but hey knock yourself out. Also, 100% cotton shirts tend to shrink a bit after you wash and dry them. You can minimize the effect by hang drying your shirts.
